The Boo Radley game is one played by Jem, Scout, and Dill throughout the first part of the book. They create the game to keep themselves occupied during their long summer breaks from school. It is called the Boo Radley game because they constantly come up with stories about the Radley family and act them out.
The main star of these games is always Boo, who is usually portrayed as scary, crazy, and even homicidal. The children take turns playing him and the other members of the Radley family. Their game is based on rumors the town has spread about the Radley family and the children's own stories they concoct about them.
It is important to realize that none of them have ever met Boo Radley, so everything they are portraying is completely made up. The children do not recognize that their game is actually offensive or insensitive because they don't really see the Radley family as real people.
