In the book Whirligig, what is Brent's favorite city and why?

Brent doesn’t refer to any place as his specific “favorite,” using this word. We have to judge his preferences by his behavior. If this question refers to what city Brent preferred to live in with his parents, then it was Chicago. The family had moved four times in seven years, from Connecticut to Atlanta, and then to Chicago. His father’s promotion in the rental car company meant that Brent could now go to a private school here. He liked this new scene, he liked his classmates, and he liked how it seemed as though they were moving up in society.

If this question refers to what city Brent may have preferred in his travels to install the whirligigs, then we could believe that his last stop of Weeksboro, Maine, was his favorite. Here he finally opened up and told his personal story to someone else. He built his own kind of whirligig without using the manual, which he had left behind somewhere. And at the end, he went to a community gathering and participated in the dancing. He never would have done anything like this with a group of strangers, before. He was finally becoming his own person. He felt comfortable here. Surely this place would mean a lot to him because of this transformation.
